Can you help me out?

I potted some raspberry and blackberry plants back in April.  They were little more than canes with a few roots.

The berry plants had a setback.  A hard frost in May killed the leaves.

The plants recovered and I got them in the ground three months ago.  I didn’t expect anything from them this year.  I did see one blossom.  The odd thing is that they aren’t growing…

I took the plants out of their pots about 3 months ago.

I don’t think they’ve grown an inch.  Any ideas what the issue could be?

They’re getting plenty of water.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
